How do you ship guitars?
Very well actually… we place your guitar into a corrugated triangle box and secure it well… then float that box within a larger double-wall box… and ship to you domestically via FedEx, and internationally via U.S. Postal Service. Click HERE to watch a demo of our packing.
Are these new guitars?
All our guitars are new from the factory… most of them did not pass the first round of inspection for some reason, and have gone through a complete factory refurbishing process. When we take possession of them, they have never been purchased by anyone, and look & play like new. They are stamped with a USED stamp because there is no factory warranty support.
Can I order a specific guitar?
We buy whatever is available from the factories, so there are no special orders… however, if you’re looking for a specific guitar, let us know and we’ll certainly look for one.
What do I get when I choose ‘Buy It Now’
Many times the ‘Buy It Now’ feature gets you a gig bag, a strap, strings, a tuner, etc. It’s not a guarantee, we just grab some stuff & throw it in the box. The nicer you are to us…the more stuff you might get…kind of like Santa.
Where do you ship my guitar from?
From our warehouse / office in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville.
Do you have a retail store?
We do not.
How long have you been in business?
We have been collecting guitars for 30+ years. We started selling guitars on eBay in 1996.
Can I save if I buy more than one guitar?
You sure can, tell us which guitars you’re interested in and we’ll get you a deal.
